As part of the Professional Development Plan designed CreaNova for its teaching and non-teaching teams, the passat dissabte November 14 has tingut lloc an intense day of training. The subject tracts have been diverse and avenged from the neurobiological foundations in l'learning Yo phases of development, ends with titles as suggestive as Do we need a label to act?, passing by group dynamics, and influenced practical aspects of daily life.
The day has been very enriching and has brought us to a new state of reflection and commitment, understanding the co-responsibility of our feina, passing and dedication to our students and families.
Continuous training of these characteristics allows us to deepen the bases of the Educational Project, carry out revisions, evaluate and evaluate, prepare new proposals and, in short, cohesion of the team, of action and of future projection.
