CreaNova goes to the University of Vic with the Llegim Ciència Award!

Three students from ESO3 (Picasso group), Pablo de la Nuez, Artur Blanch and Andrés Garcia, participated this year in the 8th Literary Reading Prize, Llegim Ciència proposed by the University of Vic.

This activity is part of the Science and Society Program of the Department for Research and Knowledge Transfer of the UVic-UCC.

The LlegimCiència Award (PLC) allows us to mix Science and Literature, encouraging reading and writing.
This year it was proposed to read the book “Darwin's assistant» by the writer Vicente Muñoz Puelles. This novel is based on the life and mentions of Darwin's assistant aboard the Beagle, and tells the story of the expedition from the point of view of 15-year-old boy, Syms Covington.

Through this link you can see the participating stories in each of the categories.

This contest is part of the Proposal for Reading Promotion of the Department of Education of the Generalitat of Catalonia to enhance reading as a learning tool in the different areas of knowledge.

Congratulations to our students and their teacher Cristina Prada for their motivation and voluntary participation in this interesting activity!
