CreaNova goes to the University of Vic with the Premi Llegim Ciència!

Three 3rd ESO students (Picasso group), Pablo de la Nuez, Artur Blanch and Andrés Garcia, have participated here in the 8th Literary Prize Llegim Ciència competition proposed by the University of Vic.

This activity encompasses the Science and Society Program of the Vice-Rectorate of Research and Knowledge Transfer from UVic-UCC.

The Premi Llegim Ciència (PLC) allows us to unite Science and Literature, favoring reading and stimulating the writing skills of students.
Aquest any s'ha proposed the reading of the work “Darwin's assistant” by writer Vicente Muñoz Puelles. This novel is based on the life and mentions made by Darwin's assistant aboard the Beagle. The author relates the expedition that will be the story of the voyages of the 15-year-old Syms Covington.

Through d'This link You can see the stories of participants in each of the categories and modes.

This contest is part of the Reading Promotion initiative of the Department of Education of the Generalitat de Catalunya to promote reading as a learning tool in different areas of knowledge.

Congratulations to our students, our professor Cristina Prada, for her motivation and voluntary participation in this interesting activity!
