The pass will take place on March 6th, Middle, High and Batxillerat students will attend the practical workshop on “conscious eating”.
Our Dr. in nutrition and metabolism, Christian Didier, following the training he started last year on “The sugars that affect foods”, has reflected on "What's up?" Do we know what I mean? labeling and marketing, how to get a label? What is a real food and a processed food?
Both of these questions have generated different and interesting debates because among everyone there is also awareness of what good nutrition means.
The final result is very hopeful, as expressed by Didier and positively highlights the follow-up carried out in this sense from the CreaNova Educational Project.
