CreaNova School is committed to educational innovation.

This academic year, CreaNova School continues to reinforce its commitment to a personalised educationinnovative and adapted to the needs of each student. Amb the pedagogical approach Learning by Doing as a base, new initiatives have been implemented that promote the integral growth of pupils.

Individualised tutorials:
One of the most important new features of the 2024-2025 academic year is the introduction of individualised tutoring for High School and Baccalaureate students. Each student will enjoy two hours a week of personalised accompaniment, focused on academic monitoring, emotional well-being and personal growth. This guarantees at least one day of tutoring per term, to help them define and build their own life project.

Quadern de registre:
This year, the quadern de registre is extended to 4th ESO. It is a key tool that promotes reflection on one's own learning, weekly planning and written expression. At the same time, it is a space where the agreements between student and tutor are collected, facilitating the awareness of progress and an improvement in personal organisation.

Free-choice workshops:
Els workshops of free choice have been extended to High School students, offering them a flexible and motivating learning environment. This year's options include performing arts, LettersLab, health and wellbeing, audiobook, cinema, dubbing, podcàsting, MusicLab, batucada, robotics, marquetry and philosophy 3/18.

Grups de conversa:
In order to reinforce oral competences in Catalan and English, the following have been created Son of conversationThe programme is designed for small groups where students practise the languages in a dynamic and participative way. Furthermore, the incorporation of the platform McGraw-Hill allows individualised monitoring of progress in English, offering activities adapted to different levels and preparing students for external certifications.

Teacher assessment and training:
With the aim of constant improvement, this academic year we have launched a programme ofteacher assessment in Catalan and English. This system includes training proposals to reinforce teachers' linguistic and pedagogical skills, ensuring quality teaching adapted to the school's multilingual framework.

Menu project:
He school canteen continues to be a space for learning and coexistence. The tutors share a table with the pupils, promoting "food negotiation", with the aim of reducing food wastage and encouraging healthy habits.

Protocol de convivència digital:
This year we have implemented a digital coexistence protocol which restricts the use of electronic devices within the school premises. Pupils must leave their devices in individual lockers. This protocol also applies to teachers and non-teaching staff, reinforcing their commitment to be role models for pupils and to promote responsible use of technology.

Workshops for parents:
Families also play a key role in CreaNova's educational project. This year the following have been programmed workshops for parentsaligned with the Learning by Doing philosophy. These include activities such as mediation and 3/18 philosophy, to help families understand how their children learn to express and manage their emotions.

With these new initiatives, CreaNova School reaffirms its commitment to an innovative and personalised education, which not only trains students, but also people capable of facing the challenges of the future with autonomy, reflection and commitment.
