AFA Creanova is the bridge between families and the school, with different projects that foster the center's sense of community
In AFA Creanova, the Association of Families of Students We work hand in hand with the school to help ensure that our children have the best possible educational experience.
We are the bridge between families and schools,
ensuring there is always a
fluid and effective communication
We program recreational and solidarity activities,
We support the school's library project and in welcoming new families, educational workshops... At AFA, we carry out different initiatives to support both students and their families.
In addition, we organize activities that enrich school life and create a sense of community among all of us.
One of our most exciting projects is the partnership with the Vicente Ferrer Foundation that we started last school year: we are working together to build a school in Kotakonda (India)This will enable many children to have access to quality education. Last school year, we managed to raise the first almost 1,000 euros and sponsor 14 children.
For this academic year 2024-2025 we have organised various activities, such as street markets, charity runs and educational workshops on the culture and needs of the region where the school will be built, among others. All of them are initiatives with which we want to continue raising solidarity funds.
Family involvement so far has been incredible and we are proud of what we have achieved together. Driving this project forward shows our children the importance of solidarity and the real and positive impact they can have on the world.
Another of our priority areas of work for this academic year will be the organisation of workshops aimed at families and pupils and covering a wide range of topics such as sexuality and bullying on the internet.
These sessions help strengthen our
capabilities and to better face daily challenges.
And as a novelty for this year, from the Welcome Committee we want to to promote meetings and excursions to encourage moments of encounter, get to know each other better and have a great time!
