This school year, CreaNova School continues to strengthen its commitment to personalized, innovative education adapted to the needs of each student. With the Learning by Doing pedagogical approach as a basis, new initiatives have been implemented that promote the integral growth of students.

Individualized Tutoring
One of the main highlights of the 2024-2025 school year is the individualized tutoring at the High and Baccalaureate levels. Students will have two weekly hours of personalized guidance focused on academic monitoring, emotional well-being, and personal growth. This initiative ensures that each student receives at least one personalized tutoring session each trimester, allowing them to define and advance in their life projects.

Reflection Notebook:
The use of the reflection notebook has been extended this year to include 4th-year ESO students. This tool encourages self-reflection on learning, written expression, and weekly planning. It also serves as a space to record agreements between students and their tutors. Furthermore, this resource helps students become more aware of their progress and improve their personal organizational skills.

Elective Workshop
The free choice workshops which foster a more flexible learning approach, have also been expanded to High students. Notable options include performing arts, LettersLab, health and wellness, audio-books, cinema, dubbing, podcast, MusicLab, percussion, robotics, woodworking, and Philosophy 3/18.

Conversation Groups
To enhance oral proficiency in Catalan and English, the school has introduced Son of conversationconversation Threads, small groups where students practice both languages dynamically. Additionally, the McGraw-Hill platform McGraw-Hill has been incorporated, providing individualized progress tracking in English. This platform offers activities tailored to different levels and helps students prepare for external certifications.

Teacher Evaluation and Training:
This year, the school has implemented teacher evaluations in English and Catalan, with training programs to Teacher assessment and training enhance their skills. This initiative is a part of CreaNova’s commitment to educational excellence, ensuring that teachers possess the necessary competencies to deliver high-quality instruction. The goal is to strengthen their linguistic and pedagogical abilities, enabling them to effectively convey knowledge within the school’s multilingual framework.

Dining Hall Project:
He school canteen is also a learning space where tutors share meals with their students. Guided by the principle of “food negotiation,” this initiative aims to reduce food waste and promote healthy eating habits.

Digital Coexistence Protocol:
CreaNova School has introduced a digital coexistence protocol within the school premises. Students must store their devices in individual lockers. This protocol also applies to teachers and non-teaching staff, emphasizing the importance of being role models for students. It promotes responsible technology use and fosters a focused, respectful learning environment.

Workshops for Parents:
Finally, workshops have been organized for families workshops for fathers and mothers, inspired by the Learning by Doing philosophy. These workshops include topics such as mediation and Philosophy 3/18, helping families understand how their children learn to express and manage their emotions.
