From the Picasso performing arts workshop we are participating in The international project The Coronavirus Time Capsule, developed with the students during this period of confinement.
The project has been created by Company Three as a creative response for young people during this period of confinement. Company Three is a youth theatre company based in London. The company offers a space for teenagers to tell their own stories and create their own change.
The project is a weekly response to the pandemic, through the eyes of young people around the world and using performing arts and new technologies. We leave you here the link to the Company Three, UK website with a more detailed explanation of the project.
Each participating group creates and distributes its own Time Capsule.
The Thursday sessions from 3:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. are used to work on this project and in the following session the students are presented with the project, how it works and how their participation is going.
The project is led by Laura Gisela Garcia, trainer in Performing Arts at CreaNova and Mireia Asensio, teaching collaborator at the Institut del Teatre de Barcelona.
