After the magnificent experience of the passat course, this February, the students of 3rd and 4th of ESO and 1st of Batxillerat have had the opportunity to attend a trip by the NGO Open Arms.
From the mother of the Theodora Dumitrescu, we will be able to experience and understand the beauty of this non-governmental organization.
Open Arms It is an NGO with a main mission: to protect the human rights to the sea and the vines that are left adrift, to avoid fatalities, rescuing refugees who try to arrive in Europe from war conflicts, persecution or poverty. The workshop has given direct testimony of the humanitarian crisis and the missions that have been going on for a long time to the costs of Lesbos (Greece) from September 2015 to the Central Mediterranean from June 2016 to the end of today.
After the mistake, the students had a discussion with Theodora, where our students asked questions that worried them about the events and actions they had just seen.
From CreaNova we continue working with Open Arms and other groups, associations and institutions in order to have the maximum knowledge of what is happening to the world and try to clarify the doubts of our adolescents, cultivating the critical esperit of life.
Agraïm to Theodora who has given us the opportunity to discover the seva tasca. Many thanks!
